Magnesium salts are the best pills ever, they help with the twitches :)
 
^ It doesn't totally relieve those twitches, but definitely helps them...

I guess it could help for lots of things...

Fuck Vodafone...I have been disconnected because i forgot to pay my bill, which is fair enough..But Ive been talking to them on and off for the last 45min's and I've told them the problem but they keep telling me it's not the reason Ive been disconnected when i know it is the damn reason.... >.<

Grrrr, how thick can they be?

I used to take magnesium all the time when I was munching pingers every other day. Worked a treat, always left my jaw muscles and the like in better condition the days following.
