Ode to Shoes

[Pomplemous]

Shoes suit me nicely
I clomp or creep while everyone sleeps
in the cupboard nearby...
The colour's nice.
They keep my feet dry
as I jump in puddles -
but ony shallow ones like ''Cool Cats''!
But I control them and never let them forget that.

So it wasnt an accident when I blamed my shoes
for jumping on your head.
