The scotch lays beneath a layer of dry,
though they are the same colour and it is hard to see
where the dry ends and the scotch begins.
All I know is that it tastes nice, and I am drunk
Is it nice because I am drunk, or is it always?
I don't know, I really don't. Scotch has a way,
of seizing my brain.
and not letting go.
until the next afternoon.
Of course I will have a hangover tomorrow,
it's inevitable.
But I like scotch,
so the price is more than worth it.
This didn't make any sense,
but that's okay.
Because I can look back tomorrow,
and think,
