Hi you all!
This is my first post here, so please be patient with me as I don't know the ropes yet.

To make a long story short, since 21 I am a heavy alcohol abuser. Eventually I discovered Dihydrocodeine which - as many of you probably know - is easily obtainable. It feels very good for me and also for me works against alcohol cravings. Anyways, I've been on it for about 5 months, doing more or less 200 mg /day. I've had days without it with no problems at all.
over the last days I came to try Oxycodone and yesterday it turned out I could do 60mg at a time without problems, which was kinda astonishing for me; i didn't think I grew that much of a tolerance just from the DHC...
I felt fine the whole evening, even when I found the Oxy not as euphoric as many people say, more or less just a bit speedy...
About 5 hours after ingestion I went to bed, later that night I woke up and had kinda shallow breathing and was also really drowsy and thought I couldn't keep myself awake, so I ingested half of a Selincro tablet (contains Nalmefene, which works precisely as Naltrexone does, blocking the opioid receptors), because I studpidly thought, a few milligrams of nalmefene would do just enough to not let the Oxy get my breathing down to much.
10-15 min later I was wide awake, my breast kinda hurt, all my muscles were cramping, I had to rush to the bathroom, was getting sick, shaky, so fucking COLD and I could for the life of me not find a position to rest anymore. As soon as I laid down, all my muscles began twitching and I just HAD to move around. It was like the description of RLS except that it was more "restless anything".
In a desperate attempt to go back to sleep or at least stop shaking, I ingested 3mg Etizolam, 150 mg Pregabalin and a Baclofen. Eventuelly I was blacked out enough to lay down again and "slept" to 2 PM with the wierdest dreams.
What the hell was that? I have never been Dopesick in my life but from the description it felt like that. Could it be that an opioid blocker produces such a reaction from one single high dose of Oxy or does that tell me, there was more of a tolerance/dependence already as I thought? Or do you think it was just an odd coincidence? Because after that, I felt reallly sluggish, but apart from that, o.k. If it would be opiate w/d I would expect to be still sick wouldn't I (I mean Nalmefene has a ridiculosly long half life)...
Could it be that my first w/d was only about 10 hours? Or do you think its sth else?
