Odd heart strains anything to worry about?

Im 16, around 10.5 stone and I'm 6ft. Over the past few days I've experienced this very odd feeling in my heart. Every hour or so I feel a sort of pulling/straining feeling on my heart that lasts about 30 seconds. Very hard to describe. Although its not a feeling of pain id like some views.

For the last year or so I have needed very frequent toilet trips (every 2 hours max) and I get mild shakes randomly and quite a lot of the time. I eat a healthy amount of nutritious food, and then a massive amount of sugar on top of that and I have done for a very long time.

Only other thing It could really be is I smoked the legal incense Sirius about a week ago, god knows what's in that.

I had plans to take mephedrone in the next few days, can I still go ahead with that?

An opinion would be nice.

The frequent need to pee is a sign of diabetes... have you been feeling more thirsty than usual?
Can't really tell you what is going on with your heart, but you should definitely avoid mephedone. It's a stimulant and may exacerbate cardiovascular problems. Don't do any drug for at least a couple weeks and if that feeling doesn't go away, go see a doctor.

Its hard to tell if I have being drinking more than usual but I do feel like I have been constantly going for drinks... Ill see if this persists, I do have a lot of symptoms of diabetes now that I have looked into it... Ill just stick to smoke for now until I find a solution or it goes. Thanks ^^
