Just wondering if it was just me ...but I have had two requests from posters I don't know (one I pm'd and asked why - got no reply) both had hardly any history and had been members for quite a while (one since 2011)...don't want to get para but strange doncha think??

What does a friend request on bluelight actually do? I am friends with a couple of people but i dont know what if anything has changed since i accepted the requests.

I don't think it does anything mate , apart from make you look popular with 2710 friends.

^ only if they've been missing a while. I guess people just click on a posters profile they find interesting and add the friend option to show they're agreement to a lot of what the poster is saying?
It really doesn't make any difference I agree. And blondin I would be very weary of such profiles lurkers or police there is no difference any kind of drug deals with people you don't know facilitated through a site like this are a recipe for disaster in this day and age. Bait

I fon't tend to bother with that feature. I tend to go through "Today's posts," "subscribed posts" or EADD. I don't bother with friends requests or looking up profiles too much like Facebook n the only thing interesting about Facebook is the msger itself I tend not to bother with the actual thing n can't remember the last time I made a status on there so no. I don't think I've had strange requests. I will really onlymaccept people whi mean something to me though. I've never been able to take Knock off my list though he's no longer around - I can't bring myself to do that yet
