Heroin Odd effects from heroin

I smoked and passed out woke up 4 hours later with still very heavy effects. Im kinda dizzy and a little sick like i'm in withdraws. Could i have gotten bad stuff? ive never got this feeling before.
Its not bad enough to seek medical attention just not really enjoyable at all.

Sounds like you could have taken too much.

I've had the same thing happen, doing some and going unconscious, then waking up and feeling extremely sick afterwards, with pronounced nausea. That only happened once, out of the many OD's I've had, some a lot more severe, so I'm not sure if it was a cut that made me feel that way...

Anyway, make sure you always test out your dope's potency and use around others.

Sounds like too much for your tolerance to me too. I've done that, a lot of the time it comes with a severe headache, and just an over all dysphoric body-low feeling. A numb body feeling but in a negative way. Usually the day, or nearly a day, afterward you feel great, as your body gets to the level it should have to begin with.
