I went looking and got my hands on some 5mg Vallium :D supposed to be dissolveable ones too


anything special I should do with these lol? My first benzos in like 2 years...




I always preferred long boarding to skating, maybe that's just cause I cant do any tricks lol... I love the speed you can get on those things though
 
God damn kids. I went with my boss to the skatepark the other day and we were getting made fun off since we are the oldest guys there.
I think we might be getting a mini-ramp for the shop though.

Longboarding is fun too.

Yeah you can get some serious speed on a long board, but you can get some SERIOUS injuries as well..


Someone I knew's wheel hit a rock doing like 50 behind a car... I don't think I've ever seen more blood come out of some one :\ especially their head...



Just dissolved 7.5mg of Vallium, I'ma see it I cant get a last resin hit or two from my meth pipe so I won't fall asleep lol
 
But it looks fun as shit, Folley. I've seen kids bombing down parking garages with their Sector 9's, kinda makes me wish I took up longboarding when I was younger
 
I don't get it movie, you're trying to impress me with what? hahah. I'm sorry I'm just kinda hazy. Having a hard day, just took my two *azolam benzos (triazolam/alprazolam) AKA the best of the triazolo-benzos (IMHO)

Urgh, hate having to use benzos but I feel like shit and don't want to take any opioids yet cuz I'm still so constipated. I went to the bathroom twice today though, just not as productive as I was hoping.

Triazolam: 0.5mg
Alprazolam: 1.5mg

Want to take:
Carisoprodol: Will this have any effect positive or negative on constipation? It's a (DAMN GOOD) muscle relaxer, but would it help or hinder me?

I can't imagine soma making much of a difference either way... how about a stool softener? I remember you saying that you don't like coffee, otherwise I'd suggest that.

When I was using opioids daily I had almost a pot every morning and stayed quite regular but if not, senna-s was my go-to over the counter and never had a problem with it. It's very gentle so it's not like a laxative where you're grabbing your stomach 20 min later running to the bathroom. It just allows you to go naturally.

Senna is my backup but I don't want to have to use a stimulant laxative. i hate laxatives almost enough to put up with the constipation.

I'm so shaky. Probably going to have to get some opiates in me, even if it's a tiny amount not enough for analgesia.

Omgggg my best friends GF is with her friend who's a single mom of four kids. They are all screaming in their car seats and ive had like three cigs and nature is calling finally but I have to drive them to the fucking city n back. FML. Gotta shit so bad but another 60 miles to go and back. FML FML FML

Hell yeah Folley, narrowly escaping death every time you have fun makes it so exhilarating. When you're finished, you're like, "fuckyeah, I made it! Catch you next time, death!" I used to be pretty big in to canyon carving (I didn't race other people) when I used to had 6speed turbocharged euro car (don't wanna be too specific), I miss that thing :(

Tricomb, if you can handle the slight stomach discomfort, Magnesium Oxide is actually the best laxative I've taken. It absolutely sucks as a Magnesium supplement, but taking 400mg gives a nice, gentle laxative effect, with 600-800mg causing complete clearage. Polyethylene glycol is a waste of money compared to MgO
 
Great advice, EM.

I usually take magnesium citrate if I'm restless or clenchy on stimulants but keep a cheap magnesium oxide supplement around for other purposes ;)
 
There's no way I can tolerate PEG. Had it for colonoscopy preps and other imaging surgeries. No fucking way. Shit has the viscosity of sweet crude oil. And it feels like drinking crude oil straight out of the fields of Kuwait.

I totally support the senna-s. I had to use that last year after my colon was swollen shut. It doesn't make you feel like you're gonna shit yourself like cane says, but def makes a difference in getting some of the stool out of you. I like to take that on occasion as well as make sure I take Mg2+ most days (600-800mg). They help get the stool out of me. At least a little less painfully. The methadone I take everyday can make squeezing out logs a chore. A chore that seems to relentlessly clog my toilet
 
Pretty good man, enjoying life as much as I can considering the circumstances. Gotta find a new job as my temp job I had this year finished up as tax session ended, so I'm a little bit poor, but about have everything finished for myself to be able to register with the state as a certified pharmacy tech. How about you man?
