Depends on how you define "openly". We don't allow sourcing discussion, that is, discussion about places to acquire drugs, ways to acquire drugs or trying to meet people to hook you up with drugs, etc.
 
you get me wrong im a student and my media studies diplomer is about drug culture and im looking to find aeras that in recent times have had the most rough times due to current trends within heroin backdrop in europe and mainly England
