New law passed here (1st november) that says you can now buy your syringes/needles at the pharmacy if you are 20+ years old. Fucking finally. Now if only I had not wrecked all my veins reusing old needles while buying/selling them were illegal... Still, it's nice for all the addicts out there in this country :)

No pain, just popped 10mg hydroxycodone, and I'm feeling alright :D

Now to CWE this shit so I can actually get high

Also like I said earlier I have stadol, anyone know if it's recreational at all? doesn't matter if it is cause i'm mainly using it for pain, but if it is, great!

Damn it, I managed to get the actual real flu on top of the withdrawals that already had me feeling like I had the flu. On top of this I have been laying in bed tossing and turning unable to sleep. I figure I'd give up now and allow myself to take opiates another day this week. Just this once...

Today is all about DHC (which despite many peoples misgivings, I love) a few etiz, and many o' coffees to keep my end up through work. Its gonna be a fine day!!

I hardly ever go to this thread due to my social anxiety, but figured I'd give an update:

  • I moved to a studio apartment with my girlfriend (who I met through the bluelight blog section, and initially lived in CA!!)

  • I survived Hurricane Sandy, but was stranded in Brooklyn for a week.

  • I have a newfound desire to quit IV heroin (or, rather just heroin in general). My girlfriend is going to have to leave to visit her family in about two weeks so she has to detox as well, and Im going to do it with her. Luckily, it will probably be easier for me as I also take 50mg of methadone every morning. I figure if I get an extra 100mg I can quickly taper myself down pretty easily back to the point where 50mg will hold me for at least 24 hours. I'm thinking of doing something like:

    Day 1: Usual 50mg dose, than take an additional 30 mg around 8pm (which is when I start to feel uncomfortable).

    Day 2: Morning dose, 20mg at 8pm

    Day 3: Morning dose, 10mg at 8pm

    Day 4: Morning dose, tough it out & keep the extra methadone for an emergency.

  • Due to being stranded on Brooklyn, my tolerance to amphetamines has dropped dramatically which is awesome. I didn't use any amps in 12 days, and yesterday my connection threw me 4 30mg Adderall IR's on credit. I didn't have a rig of any sort to plug one on me, so I took it orally, and due to this drop in tolerance, I actually felt it really hard.

  • I'm currently in a Starbucks due to the fact that my new apartment does not have Internet yet, and I just plugged 20mg of Adderall which Im sure will treat me nicely.

  • in roughly an hour/90 minutes I will leave this Starbucks and get some alprazolam and some more Adderall, then I will go to my group that I attend every week at my methadone clinic for people under 30 (it's a shockingly good group, better than any outpatient-and I've been to a lot.)

  • After my group I plan on meeting up with my girlfriend at her place of work without appearing twisted.

Still don't have a lighter, it took me twenty to smoke my morning cig until I could get s light. Only got like one class today then I'm just smoking weed all day with a friend who has a lighter lolol

laCster, go to the nearest dollar store and buy a pack of like 10 or 12 cracklighters for $2. That's what I've been doing forever now. Yeah, Bics are nice but in the end lighters get lost (read: stolen) sooner or later so its nice to have a backup. Or five backups.
 
I'm kinda high from 30mg hydrocodone, how you guys doing, laC, NT?

I never buy lighters, they always give me one for free everytime I go to the collective. They're like the pot clubs' business cards.
 
What's better for morphine induced nausea? I've always used promethazine but is diphenhydramine as effective or better? What about dimenhydrinate? Any others???

i steal everyone's lighters.
i'm so guilty of that. but i don't do it on purpose!
2 years ago..my friends and bf got together and
gave me 3 big packs of those bic lighters for christmas..
and they wrote my name on each one..
now i'm not allowed to have a lighter w/o my name on it. :(

D.C.--i always used 50mg diphenhydramine.
or i'd sip on a sprite or ginger ale..and make myself eat something..
that usually helped more than the benadryl
