I am driving myself insane, I don't think I've gone 30 seconds in the past few days without thinking about how bad I want to switch to hydromorphone from oxycodone but I don't think my PM doctor will go for it It is driving me CRAZY.

Hydromorphone is soooo short lived though.

I mean its great and all, and I'd love my granddads 1L of 1mg/ml dilaudid.

But yeah I dunno, it's such a short lived high, but oh man that rushhhh.

HM lasts longer than oxycodone does for me. I'm on a purely instant release regimen as it is.
