It's probably the only supplement worth the money, imo. Just make sure the active ingredients don't have the word "oxide" or "citrate" in them, some scandalous vendors sell oxide as "chelated."
I haven't had a panic attack since supplementing with Magnesium. I'm a lot more confident socially, will walk up to any girl and chat her up, I don't break eye contact, I feel stronger from increased Testosterone, my REM sleep has greatly improved, neck spasms have gone away, etc. It's really a miracle mineral if there ever was one.
