As tricomb stated, suggesting to someone that wouldn't necessarily IV their DOC that they should IV it is not conducive to Harm reduction in the slightest.

The "best" ROA for heroin is intravenously, both for the rush and heightened BA. However this ROA is the most dangerous and associated with the most ODs.

I work at a micro-economic firm that handles databases for all of the state, commonwealth and local councils legislation in Australia.

I'm a research officer and my job is to keep these databases up to date, so I spend my day reading gazettes and legislative changes, acts, code of practices, etc.

@tripman. I see where you're going. thought you meant to not even mention it. kinda like I said as an option(if warranted), with other roas, presented objectively (unbiased, w/ +'s and -'s)
I see HR as an unbiased, no BS look at a situation. informing a (potential)user all the ways to handle a situation, and it's possible outcomes so the person knows what to really exepect, hopefully choosing a good balance of pleasure in the least harmful way possible.

Thankyou! I just have been facepalming too much recently about people adding heat when IVing pills which is a big nono, contaminates the shot. And also, people seem to forget advocating micron filters when explaining how to IV pills.
