if somebody ODs around you, can you get in trouble for anything??

like say you and some friends went to score, and one of them did a shot in the car as soon as he got his dope and ODs.


Or what if he ODs and you put him on a street and call 911 and then leave and he died??

i just hear all kinds of different things about these types of situations and am curious about what really happens.
 
if you just left him in the street thats manslaughter. i beleive in the US there is a system that allows drug users to call 911 in the case of an overdose with little to no consequences.
 
If you sold them the drugs in wisconsin and they die from OD from those drugs, they can and will go after you for 1st degree reckless homicide. This happened to 3 people in the area where I'm from. For more info read up on the Len Bias law.
