Occasional use of hydromorphone while prescribed Fluoxetine and Abilify

Hey guys, as you can see I am new to BL. I have used the search engine and cannot find any threads covering this subject, as it is very particular.

I have been taking 60mg fluoxetine sine approximately September 2013 for severe anxiety. It hasn't done anything for my anxiety. Yesterday I was given a trial of "Abilify", 2.5mg a day, being told it would not make me feel like the other Atypical antipsychotics I have been prescribed (Seroquel, Risperdal.)

Approximately 3 months ago I detoxed and got clean from opioids (particularly hydromorphone.) I have, however, used once since then, but never more than that one time. My question is, with this concoction of medication I am taking for anxiety, can I still occasionally (very) use a small amount of hydromorphone (4mg)? (Insuffiation as the ROA). I appreciate any feedback, and anybody with more information on this Abilify I have been prescribed would be GREATLY appreciated. I was refused benzodiazepines (although being prescribed both clonazepam and lorazepam before) being told that my mind becomes "angry" at me for fucking with the GABA receptors of my brain, therefore ramping my anxiety.

Thanks for everything, any advice is appreciated. And I hope this is the right forum to post this question in.

The HM won't interfere with the medicines you're taking, however if you just got clean from opiates you might consider what using occasionally will do to your recovery (as it will impact your day-to-day anxiety--thinking about opiates, etc..).

Thank you for responding and I understand, but sometimes I just need that temporary release. I realize that is dangerous thinking however. But I am fairly confident I can keep my use occasional. I will try to exercise more and eat healthier, I really feel that cravings for all substances may be lessened by doing this.
