Obtaining syringes in Kentucky

I read online that there are no laws on obtaining syringes in Kentucky so does that mean I could just go to any pharmacy and ask to buy some?
And if it is as simple as that, is there some place that would be better than another to do so?

Yes, it is that simple. Some may still be able to turn you down as it may be up to the pharmacists discretion. Try "Mom & Pop" pharmacies first.
