Its a totally made up name - Theres no telling whats in it, but I'd imagine its o-desmethyltramadol. If they won't tell you exactly whats in it, I wouldnt buy it.
 
What dok said. I don't think there's a reason to keep this open, unless someone has purchased this and gc/ms'd it to know exactly what it is, all we do is speculate which can be rather dangerous.
