Opioids O-DSMT Megathread

I have an intrathecal morphine pump which delivers a small amount of morphine directly into my cerebral spinal fluid continuously throughout the day. My daily dose is only 11 mg but I have no idea how that translates to other ROAs. Will ODSMT work for me? I can get decent off one bag of NYC #4 heroin/fentanyl snorted. How much ODSMT should I start with? I want to use this mainly for breakthrough pain but obviously wouldn't mind getting a little high.
 
I am not finding any info about this online.
I have only tried boofing this substance and 30mg seemed to be the perfect amount.

I will be boarding an airplane and want to enjoy a nod through it and decided I will swallow a capsule right before.
What is the oral equivalent?
 
Just found some old posts. 75mg - 100mg is a good oral dose to start with, with no tolerance.
 
May have a plug for both. My opioid tolerance is pretty damn hugh right now tho...I was hoping that O-DSMT is at least somewhere between Morphine and Heroin in potency. Also, do you guys know of any good opioid RCs that AREN'T in the realm of Fentanyl potency? Everything between 2 to 25X the potency of Morphine. Anything over that i don't want anything to do with.

Also, are there any current chems that act as either endorphin or cannabinoid reuptake inhibitors? Thanks
 
There was a Canadian vendor many years ago that had 500+ grams of it….I would’ve bought it all if I wasn’t stable on daily Methadone 80mg for 7+ years

It’s the most valuable Tramadol active metabolite responsible for its main Mu-Opioid agonist properties

Soooo many amazing Mu-Opioid agonists / RC and genuine pharmaceutical patent drugs that are very desirable on euphoric. Too bad we all get sh!t that barely passes the bar of acceptable opioid status.

Prominent esters of morphine nearly identical to Diamorphine (Heroin) like Diacetyldihydromorphine which is still prescribed in Germany and faster acting & longer lasting than Heroin. OMG this drug would be the most euphoric and therapeutically useful opioid analgesic one could hope to acquire. 100 grams of 99.95% pure pharmaceutical grade HCL powder lol. My lord.

Even 100 grams of pure Hydromorphone HCL powder ….if a trusted legit source I’d pay a G note for that

As an update, tolerance is insane with this substance. I have used probably 500-600mg in total, but for one dose I require about 90mg boofed (200% the amount I did first time) to reach equivalent effects of the first time
 
Sorry ketagoblin, I must emphasize that I cannot advise or endorse the use of any drugs, especially when it concerns non-prescribed, recreational, or potentially illegal substances. O-DSMT is an analogue of tramadol and can have serious side effects and drug interactions, including respiratory depression.

The primary reasons for my caution are

1 Safety Concerns: O-DSMT, like other opioids, has risks associated with its use. These include respiratory depression, overdose, and dependency. Taking such substances without medical supervision can lead to serious adverse effects or even death.
2 Unpredictable Interactions: Combining substances, or taking them in unfamiliar settings like an airplane, can lead to unpredictable effects. For example, reduced oxygen levels at cruising altitude may intensify respiratory depression caused by opioids.
3 Legal Implications: Carrying controlled substances without a prescription, especially across international borders, can result in legal penalties including imprisonment.

Several reasons might explain the difficulty in finding information on O-DSMT or any other novel substance online

I like to use O-DSMT once a week. Just wondering if I should just cut this out, or it's a somewhat sustainable habit? Really helps me take the edge off, and is actually more therapeutic nowadays than psychs; really can calm my brutal anxiety down and put things into perspective

Mainly worried about the testosterone lowering effects
Also I am really not familiar about the general negative long term effects of opiates; for some reason it's the substance class that I researched the least

If you can keep it to once a week there should be very little in terms of long term negative effects. Should have very little impact on the endocrine system (i.e., little to no impact on testosterone production).

The biggest risk is addiction. But even if you are able to keep it to once a week and avoid physical dependency, there can still be some psychological detriment. Years ago I "allowed" myself to get high on a dose of methadone once every 10 days. I thought I was clever because this avoided physical addiction, but what happened was I ended up counting down the days between each dose, just waiting in anticipation for the next dose.

On the 9th day (the day before my scheduled dose) I felt like a kid on the night before Christmas because I was so excited about the upcoming dose. Essentially I had developed a psychological addiction since I spent so much time anticipating the next dose (even though technically I wasn't physically addicted). I imagine you might be experiencing a similar phenomenon. It's not as bad a physical dependency but it isn't particularly healthy, psychologically speaking.

Another risk is, given that these substances are synthesized haphazardly in Chinese labs, some batches could potentially present with toxic or even carcinogenic synthesis by-products, unreacted precursors or reagents, which could be problematic with regular dosing.
 
As general drug entrepreneur with serious lack on the Opiod section. o-DSMT scored very high.

Tramadol the lowest, as for one I has many effects that creates a ceiling. 50 mg maybe a little (60) but more and flat on the bed or puke fest. Itchy stuff too, so without OD-ing the effects are that bad I recline when offered.

Codeine, sleepy.

Kratom came near, is way more dirty and stimulating. And also has a ceiling of its own after which more is not better.

o-DSMT. I didn't do the math as I have no idea how much Tramadol eventually becomes 0-DSMT. But I am convinced its more then the equivalent of 50 mg Tramadol. The dosages I am taking, tolerance comes very quick though. Could't sleep afterwards what was new to me. Like is that possible.
Anyone know the general conversion.

O-desmethyltramadol is the main active metabolite (metabolized by CYP2D6) of the pharmaceutical tramadol.
What we know:
The half life of O-DSMT seems to be around 9 hours [1]
O-DSMT seems to not be a SSRI (tested concentrations up to 5 µmol/l) [2]
(-)-O-DSMT seems to be a NRI [3] while (+)-O-DSMT might cause norepinephrine release [3][4]
O-DSMT seems to inhibit the serotonin receptor 5-HT2C [5]
(+)-O-DSMT has a Ki (in µM) of 0.017 for mu-opioid receptor (for reference morphine has a Ki of 0.0021), 0.69 for delta and 1.8 for kappa [6]

10mg O-dsmt is said to be roughly equivalent to 50mg Tramadol. This is not an exact conversion, and it is highly dependent on liver enzymes, so please start small!!

I insufflated mine and though addicted to fentanyl, I loved ODSMT, it was stronger than tramadol.

This is so incredibly relatable.

Once you get to that stage of counting the days (or hours or minutes) the downward spiral is already underway. Being the genius that I am, I actually made the decision (years ago) to just go full on addiction to opiates because I was wasting my 'off days' just thinking about using obsessively to the detriment of ... everything. I was halfway checked out of life before I even got fully dependent.

I also enjoyed it despite having a decent tolerance at the time. It's just nice.
 
Enjoyed o-DSMT so much i decided to never order, or abuse the prescription of Oxycodone.
When I broke my collar bone, so dont even actually know how besides being the best painkiller.
Its recreative potential is, good choice right. Regreting it a bit but better in the long run i guess.
 
Anybody know the solubility of this stuff? I got a decent little amount of it and might want to just make a solution with propylene glycol for ease of dosing.

Never made a solution of it before I don't think
 
ive found O-DSMT to be one of my favorite drugs. its pretty self-limiting for me because tolerance builds fast and the side effects become more pronounced with high doses (especially irritability, which vanishes when going in with no tolerance). im not an opioid user by any reasonable standard. i went into using it with my only relevant experience being kratom powder.

it usually makes me nauseous but i can completely eliminate nausea by preloading with meclizine and diphenhydramine. weed also helps alleviate nausea, and its also a fantastic synergy. great social drug and can also be oddly motivation enhancing. i also love the NDRI action, makes it almost too good on an amphetamine comedown, or even amphetamine cravings lol

in PG i was able to get 70mg/mL easily, i use it for rectal dosing which works really well. also for anyone who cares, its not soluble in PEG. someone told me on reddit that its very water soluble, i never bothered trying because im afraid of it degrading, idk if its actually susceptible to that though
