O-desmethyltramadol

Whats the best way to take the above please guy?

Its a fine white powder so it looks as though it cud be sniffed, but is that a good idea?

Hi riptaz, you asked similar questions about how potent it is in another thread and I gave you my best guess - it's new and we don't have any data on it. It'd say medium potency, a lot stronger that codeine and DHC for sure, but it is very hard to quantify and different people seem to get different effects (as with tramadol...)

Start really low (50mg or less) and see how you go... Insufflating it works fine, but it is quite irritating - oral also works - not really noticed much difference personally but there is no data on bioavailability as far as I am aware.
