take the nyquil when your cold gets too bad
they're fine, don't overdo the nyquil
if you're trying to use nyquil recreationally, get pure DXM (which may be uncomfortable or just too weird when combined with coke) or pure antihistamines (which you should not use recreationally as their effects involve brain damage and dysphoria rather than euphoria) or pure tylenol (obviously not gonna help you) or pure alcohol (jeez, nyquil is a big fuckin cocktail aint it? )

I thought the UK version of Nyquil contained DPH, not DXM?

there are different versions. the original vicks nyquil in the US contains all four drugs (alc, nsaid, dxm, antihistamine)
nyquil cough has no NSAID but has the other three
i don't know about other versions, i just happen to have some nyquil bottles because paws has me sneezing and runny nosing like i have a cold sometimes

If you get the kind with only the diphenhydramine in it then it would be useful on the comedown to help you sleep. Other then that mixing the 2 would be useless and at high doses dangerous.

Sounds like a night full of seizures.
DXM, Coke, and Diphenhydramine might make you blood pressure severely high.
Also, there is a chance of seizure from the mixture of all of these substances with coke.

Nytol is diphen in the UK. Probably confuses a few Brits when they read about US folks getting fucked up on Benadryl cos the UK version contains no diphen. Not sure what's in Nyquil here (I think maybe doxylamine but really not too sure) but Nytol is definitely diphen.

Take the nyquil 30 minutes after your ladt line, take the normal adult dose.... I weigh almost 180 and im 5'8'' and take double the dose of syrup; it relaxes my muscles, and I am usually asleep within 40-60 minutes. This also depends on the amount of cocaine I did that night, a good quality uncut gram..... takes even less time to fall asleep than 60 minutes due to the lack of amphetamine and other speed cuts...
