Heroin NYC heroin cut with coke?

this is something ive wanted to ask for a while but always forget, everytime I've OD'd off H in NYC the hospital would say i had both H and coke in my system, however i wasnt doing coke, so my ? is - is H commonly cut with coke? I know its speedballing but I just dont see how its cost effective to add coke into h as a cut? any thoughts?
 
Possibly, but unlikely. It's really impossible for us to say. Without any kind of gc/ms laboratory testing device knowbody can know for sure, and it will just be an endless speculation. I'm sorry, but substance ID threads are not allowed around here. If you'd like to be really sure, why not save a bag next time you are there and send it to poison control to lab analyze. That's really your best bet.
