If you have a habit then yes you wake up sick, unless the narcan is just enough to bring you out of the death nod and then you are still a bit high. I usually wake up confuesed and disoriented. The first time I got hit with narcan I was terrified because the last thing I could remember was doing the shot and then putting the car in gear. I woke up on the pavement with my shirt ripped open, totally soaked and cops and paramedics trying to ask me what I took. I thought for sure that I had got in an accident and killed somebody but my friend said that we started to coast through the parking lot and when it was time to turn he started yelling at me to turn. That's when he realized I was out. He had to jump out of the passenger seat, run around the car, drag me out and then put the car in park, all in a busy parking lot.

I got hit with narcan in the hospital once. I went in for a bad flu and I told them I was on methadone and k-pin. They didn't even check with my doc and just prescribed the dose I told them I was on. I also had my doses with me, which I hid in my shoe and double, triple dosed everyday. Well one day I wake up with all the nurses franitcally running around my room and the doc standing over me with a shot. I heard him say "usually we don't administer a flood dose of narcan but he is on methadone and benzos".
I asked "why are you giving me narcan". He laughed with a smug remark"look he knows what it is" and rammed it home. I felt like I had ice in my viens and all of a sudden it felt like my blood vessals were gonna pop. All I could hear was my heart beat and the blood pressure in my head. I projectile vomited on each side of the bed hitting the nurses and the doc. I was violently sick for 25mins the nurses had to hold me down as I kicked my legs the whole time. Later on I looked in my shoe for my meds and they were gone. Instead I found a business card with the doctors stupid narcan shooting grin and a few hershey kisses.
 
I recently got hit with narcan for the first time a few months ago. My friend with me said the firefighters (apparently they hold it and were the first responders, but may have just been my location - new to AZ so not sure) hit me with one shot, I half sat up then fell back out. So they hit me with a 2nd shot, and I came to. Seeing a crowd and numerous firefighters and coming back into consciousness I was confused as all hell, and had poor motor control for about a minute to the point they had to help me sit up. After the routine questions and fully coming back to my senses I immediately felt shitty.

Of all the drugs, combinations, come downs and what not in my life narcan left me with the WORST migraine and nausea of anything I've ever experienced. I literally couldn't move an inch and kept my eyes closed the entire ride home, because anytime I opened my eyes for,too long or moved too much I'd puke. I felt like absolute shit well into the next morning. I was surprised I was able to sleep considering I never can kicking. It was weird as well though, I expected to feel w/ds but instead I just felt absolutely shitty. The next morning it subsided and by afternoon I was fine. It should be noted I had only recently relapsed and was only doing it daily for about a month when this occurred though which could be why I reacted this way.
 
Oh and yea I'm originally from central NJ. Blues hit then D. In my area it was rampanttttt if you were in the scene to the point I've found bags on store floors and even eventually had some of the younger crowd treating these spots like open air markets. The quality generally varied but it's usually who you know.

In town - usually pretty shitty I'd say 3/10 on average, unless you knew people who had the better. Usually I had shit I'd say was more like 6 or 7/10 on average, but it came from Newark.

Newark - where I went was pretty damn good on average, but there were times it got crappy. Worst part is they'd put the shit in the good stamps after a few weeks.

Irvington - only went twice. One was no lie 2/10, burned like a motherfucker and did nothing more than stave off w/ds. The second one, oddly enough was like some people reported - I felt good then completely shitty with my one friend saying he felt more of a sped up feeling before the nod, then feeling sick.

Asbury park - again hit or miss. People I know cold coppin usually complain but when going through a friend's co-worker was probably 6/10.

Brooklyn - my friend swore up and down how fire it was and how it was worth the trip and the price. The only time we went I whole-heartedly agreed. Hands down best I had 10/10. A friend lived up there for a while though and would take the trip to by me or Newark cus all he found was crap.

i feel inclined to say as well that the overall quality has dropped over the years. When I first started I'm 2008 up until 2012 people I knew could get right off less than (even non-tolerant or chippers) I knew when I relapsed in 2015
 
I used to cop in Paterson on the regular and was usually pretty satisfied but of course that was years ago;but mainly subscribing to thread as hall monitor. Don't fuck around, don't solicit, don't deal, or expect to be bounced.
 
Last time I went up to Paterson was little over a year ago and it was decent, although overall I feel the quality dropped since I quit in 2012 and relapsed in 2015. Paterson was usually a backup or if I went up there to get dust and my dude had it. Same thing with jersey city.

Newark was my usual go to, but being in central NJ we were flooooded anyway and those who didn't cop d in town went to Asbury park. Few friends went down south to Camden or Trenton and occasionally we'd say fuck it and cold cop between casinos partying in AC

idk how you think jersey sucks haha least where I was from I loved it and forever will. Maybe it's the memories of basically living my college years while in high school, the constant parties in the woods or our local beaches or, the numerous boardwalks (point pleasant, wildwood, seaside before that friggen jersey shore show, hell even keansburg) and having grown up there but who knows. I'll tell you other than the prices I'd take NJ over AZ any day haha
 
Was in PA at a wedding over the weekend. I never bring enough shit with me so found myself cold-copping in Reading. Was overall impressed at how easy it was, not to mention the quality as well.
 
Went to Brooklyn twice this week. Stuff is a billion times better than dealing with the crap that has flooded my hood.
 
Maintain that the blitzbombingestbadaboop shit I've had in the five Burroughs is in the Bx; You just gotta poke around …
 
Not in the specified area, but the drive to Baltimore is always worth it for me. It's sold in caps, but quality stuff. The next best thing was when I stopped, but come on, no one wants to hear that shit here.

We use to hit up Brooklyn but haven't been back since 2010. Been out of the game for way long but I feel it calling me.
 
I just moved from philly to a town near reading and was surprised I was able to cop fairly quickly... nothing like philly but not too shabby.
 
I've been checking out bluelight for awhile now to see if the brick/s I'm about to grab have been around anywhere else already & by their rate if they're worth.

South jerz in the house. Been going to my spot in Camden 3 months now, stamp blue magic. 6/10 most days. North ain't nothing like it was. Totally dead and LE on every corner. Went back on subs about 4 hours ago, and usual for me. No sleep, not sick but uncomfortable. Took about 4 mg. Probably will try to find some money and go cop today. I'd like a group of people who know the struggle to speak with.
 
well, we're here; although this isn't the most active thread, poke around a little too, but I definitely know where your at bro. I used to cop in jersey but not for like almost ten years since I don't have access to a car nowadays living in Manhattan, you can scroll up a bit and read my story of my latest affair with sweet lady H but yeah I'm on the bupe too after a six month/~$20,000 relapse, now I'm all strung out on alcohol and probably headed to inpatient medical detox for a week or so in the near future, three hots a cot basic cable and all the Librium and Ativan I need, then what, I dunno, it's still the struggle, we chose this life and it occupies our every moment, being a junkie is a full time job and oftentimes w3 just plain don't know what the fuck to do with ourselves if we're not on the hustle. much love, fam, welcome aboard; I just wanna remind you of one thing, we are very strict here about any discussion of meet ups, soliciting drugs, etc. so don't go there but if your here just to shoot the shit (so to speak) with like minded folk you're in the right placr
 
Got caught up in a block raid in kenzo about a month ago they mustve hard narcs on the roof wit binoculars or some shit but they got me wit 6 measley bags and I had to do the night in booking shit was ROUGH! Be careful up there on wednesdays they like running these corner sweeps.

my friend got caught up in one of those about 8 months ago. they DO stake out some of the more popular corners. in my friend's particular instance, it sounds like they were in a bando watching a few corners at once-just scooping people up 5-8 at a time.

last time we took a trip through kenzi (about a month ago) there were so many members of law enforcement out that we almost came out dry. almost. the familiar calls of "dopedopedope", "hard", "powder" were whispered rather than yelled. it always has been bad w/the bike ones, the ones on foot that could sneak up on yah coming round the corner,the added presence of those transit police,etc,etc. much too hot for me. I either call a guy or take the risk of going to a particular street in another neighborhood in the badlands. it is pretty hot there as well but it seems easier to hide.

I'm so stupid-just took the risk and went there today-in my expired inspection car-grinding my teeth every time i saw a white vehicle. I wouldn't have gone but I'm trying to get back on subutex- read in the sub megathread about a way of doing the induction so it's not so painful (I always get PW-no matter how long i wait after my last dope useage-last time i went 50 hours-and was pretty friggin sick when i took the first sub dose-but god dammit did it make me even sicker)

oh-Hi- I'm TitsMcGee. long time lurker, first time poster. long time opiate/opioid user-daily iv heroin (at least a bun-more if we could afford it)for the last three years. trying to get off the fun stuff but am having difficulties due to those little white bastards-and my head isn't set right just yet. HAVE to do it for my old man. he has had some legal issues recently and HAD to stop doing anything that is good and/or fun in the world.
