Opioids NY/NJ/PA dope thread.

Please everyone stay away from Kensington. The drugs are awful. The dope isn’t dope it’s fent with mostly xylazine. The xylazine has taken the Kensington situation to a whole different level. It is eating flesh, huge deep ulcers. Detox protocols have not been changed in like 20 years, so typical detoxes are not enough for someone using Philly “dope”, and the most obvious…narcan does obviously not work for tranq/xylazine. This is definitely a huge part what’s keeping people stuck in Kensington.

Do you not have a prescription for suboxone? It'd probably be best to get a regular supply of that, much more preferable and less likely to kill you than being on H.

Yeah, it's been shit weather for days on end. I've been aight though.
Oh wow yeah I've spent a wee bit of time in silver spring, but generally live in northern Virginia, just moved back from Baltimore. Cocaine is definitely popular in the area still lol.Not gonna name specific corner but I've been cold copping legit, fent-free, xylazine free dope in Philly the past couple weeks. Stamp is "castle," first time in a long time I've found it on the block anyway. They have pretty fire nicks of powder too
As far as I know it's the only block with real dope these days, the rest of the neighborhood is still flooded with tranq/fent bullshit. So unless you know what you're doing I'd still discourage from copping in kenzo. Hopefully this is a sign of dope coming back tho, I guess we'll see
