^Are you still sticking it out?
Yeah man, I woke up today feeling much better and am basically stabilized on the suboxone again thank God. I posted over in the H discussion about it.

^ I've always wanted to get some dope from there or try some from the Bronx. I'm sure some of the dope I've done has come from there at some point or another though.
I've scored up there plenty of times, even seem a lot of the same stamps from BK and lower Manhattan. You can definitely get lucky though up in the BX or harlem and find good dope for really cheap per bundle.
One of my Brooklyn dealers has paterson prices, at NYC size, so win-win. Unfortunately after a year of having awesome dope in consistent stamps, he recently fell off. He actually started selling it the same way that my local dealer that buys in bulk from East NY does, with 0.6 bags that he calls a "full one" or a "whole" but he ties it in such a stupid way that it isn't any easier to conceal (although it would hold well up the arse or if you are with a girl up the punani).
He puts it in the sandwich baggie with no ziplock, ties it off so the dope is in a ball in the bottom corner, then puts that ball back in the baggie and ties a knot around it again so you still have to handle the full baggie unless you have a pair of scissors handy and can tell which part has the actual dope in it, and which part has the ball of dope tied in it. My other dude that sells it that way does it in the corner of a grocery bag and ties it tight and snips the bag right after the knot, so it can easily be swallowed if need be. With the way this other guy does it it might as well be in a bundle because you aint swallowing it either.
does "your friend" really need to get back on H in his mid 50s?
There are few things I hate more than when someone uses a message board to ask a question or reach out for help and then after availing themselves of input received (or not) never returning to the board to post an outcome. As a side income I sell primarily US made production knives (pocket, hunting, etc.) and see that done frequently on eBay. Some newbie seller will post their unique dilemma in the eBay discussion boards, get various responses from experienced members, but never return to the board to share if or how their situation was resolved. With that said, I'm back to let you folks know how I made out.
BlueHues's question (above) has haunted me since I read it. It is probably a question that anyone that has ever been addicted to heroin has asked themselves after kicking a habit: "do I really need to go back." I was introduced to dope when I moved to the East Village in my mid 20s (open air days) and I've asked myself that question numerous times since, beginning only a few months after taking my first shot and going through a bout of dope sickness. The answer always is no. I never *need* to get back on H. I've often *wanted* to, however. Separating needs from wants is difficult for many. My wife will try to convince me that she needs a new kitchen. On the contrary, she “wants” a new kitchen. I think Blue's question was a sincere effort to make me take pause and ask myself if I really want the hell that is always associated with a dope run and I thank Blue for that. So, I didn’t need dope, I wanted it.
So, after lurking a number of boards daily for a couple of weeks I latched onto and befriended a registered Yelp member who would weigh in on dope related threads as well as other non-drug related threads (political issues, for example). This eased any fear that she may be LEO and also I could tell by her posts that she was reasonably intelligent. This person lived in Westchester, an area that I am somewhat familiar with. She has a job and a house and a love for dope. Short story is that after some back and forth PMs, I took a chance and made the 4 hour drive to meet her in a public location outside of where she works. She had copped a bundle earlier that day for me. The price she claimed she paid was outrageous and I threw her a generous bone on top of that. But at the end of the day, the dope was as good as it was in the old days and the bags, stamped with a simple red smiley face, were huge. I spent the next couple of days in New York City and we met again a couple of days later to do it all over again.
So, after many hours of lurking, my effort paid off. On top of that, we’ve become Facebook friends and I’m sure we will hook up again.
On an unrelated note, as someone obsessed with dope, I enjoy reading these threads and will continue to do so and may weigh in with my two cents from time to time. Meanwhile, y'all be safe.

Hopefully by then though they will have pure diamorph maintenance here in the states like those rich smart ass swiss and I won't have to be an old ass junkie out copping in the hood lol
to the old head, you surely did get real lucky, as in I would never meet someone off the net to cop,
But it still sounds like you're getting your ass taxed.
here in syracuse, there isn't shit to be found sadly, and what there is disappears quickly.
