^^^True steve-o, but Pat knows the kid thats throwing this party and I believe there's a good chance he could pull a few strings for us.

Isn't it kinda random that Pat's promoting this party? you know his ass has something crazy planned..
 
so nobody's been to this venue i take it.
well, it's in a week and i've got nothing planned sans a graduation party earlier in the day so i'll definatly be there.
gonna have to meet up with you kids though, and stick together, brooklyn isn't exactly my forte.

ctrlx-if you come to li first you can drive or take the train with us. last time i drove in brooklyn i got MAD lost, but thank god for my fold-out maps!

as far as i know, just eirk and i are going. everyones gonna hit up infected mushroom. but this is where it's at!

tr6ai0ls4-if you're going you should carpool with jen or something, we can all meet up :) ED RUSH AND OPTICAL!!!!! only other time i saw them was in atlanta and i was rolling really hard so i missed 1/2 the set. this time ill be in tip top shape to dance my ass off!!
 
This was such a hot party!!!!

Crowd was a little different than i had expected, not too many junglists around but we tore it up! It was relieving to go to a party and not be surrounded my mad fucked up people. There were a lot of hippie-type folks and lots of new england private school types...people were mad respectful and for the most part friendly.

people weren't dancing like a typical ny party...but the whole place was digging the music. almost everyone was moving!

DAMN good new venue....HUGE space for dancing and overflow of crowds! looking forward to more events at volume!

And lastly...these were some of the hottest drum and bass sets i've heard in mad long. ed rush and optical tore it up, and moshi moshi got off to a strange start (they were playing live and wouldn't let tracks build p to break down a second time) but they closed out their set VERY well and redeemed themselves! And as for Chris Liberator, he had the side room pumping for his entire 1.5 hour set! too bad if you missed this one!
