First time : 15g dry ground nutmeg, "ducros" brand. I think it's from france.
Second time : 8g of ducros, 7g of fresh nutmeg from a local store which I grinded myself.
Third time : 15-17 g of the same fresh nutmeg from the local store.
If you can find that ducros brand, try it.
No delirium. No hallucinations. I felt like I was floating on clouds or something, and there was an intense euphoria with mild lack of coordination. I could walk, talk and interact with people. It was hard to not pee all over the bathroom though. Appetite was crazy and my eyes were bloody red. That's everything I can remember.
