lately i've been heavily using nutmeg oil(its a great trip and super easy to get) and my anxiety and depression is completely gone. could the nutmeg oil have something to do with it(myristicin in the essential oil is a MAOI)?
i don't know why i get such great effects from it(most people hate it) but it works better than any other antidepressant i've been on.
