Stimulants Numbness and tingling in feet after first IV meth use

I tried searching couldnt really find anything on this. So i have used quite a bit of meth in the past, smoking snorting eating etc. but never IV, although i have had a lot of experience shooting heroin and morphine. I havent used meth in about a year. Got some today decided to IV a very small amount. a couple hours later in the shower i noticed the toes in my right foot felt a little numb not much though. When i did my next shot soon after, a little bigger not by much, the toes in my right foot INSTANTLY became numb and tingling and are staying that way for the most part, kinda on/off (its about an hour later). Not that worried but should i be? Is this normal? my toes are pretty numb and im about to go to work :\ i know amphetamines can cause cardiovascular issues. Probably nothing to worry about but thought id ask just in case because ive never heard of this occuring.

Thanks. Probably just sketchin about nothing but better safe than sorry when it comes to substances like these especially when used intravenously ;)
