Numbness and crawling sensations.

My neighbor got a crackback similar to fish tails. He's pretty certain it's not Mexican good good. He says it leaves him feeling anxious like somethings crawling on his chest, back and neck. He's not sure why it's only this certain Dogs stuff that makes him feel like that.
