Is this a safe pill to take, i was given it by a friend who said it would "fuck me up". Any way whats the safe dose

Yes it is safe to take. Nucynta is a brand name for the drug tapentadol, which is a NRI and an opioid (similar to tramadol in that respect).

What dosage do you have? I'm not familiar with the dosages of this drug offhand, but I was able to find out that it comes in 50mg, 75mg and 100mg dosage strengths.

start with only one or two pills, dont snort them they burn like fuck, oral is the only ROA that youd wanna do. be careful to watch for depressed breathing

I was never able to "get off" with Nucynta. I'm sure everyone is different.

I wouldn't go higher than 200ish mg at a time, because although I may be incorrect, I think it's similar to Tramadol in how it lowers the seizure threshhold. Stuff scares me.

Tramadol, personally, makes me fucked beyond belief lol. I take 250mg of it with 400mg of lyrica (lyrica ups your seizure threshhold, so having a seizure is unlikely) and i nod out and shit. I took all 4 pills with lots of lyrica and i had a hell of a good sleep -.- waste of pills... I would like to get some more though and take like 150mg and see how it goes.
