Opioids Nucynta

Its not the worst drug, like most comments makes it out to be. Of course, if you do like hard drugs every day your gonna be burnt out on opiates; on the other hand, if you are just looking for something to do one rainy friday night or something, then its nice to have. People are too quick to judge based on the fact that they do all these hardcore drugs all the time. if your looking for a quick high then its for ya; if you pills everyday you probably won't like it. But come on people, don't hate the drug; hate the fact that you ruined your opiate receptors.

what? how are you alive?
assuming you are taking these orally, that's almost the equivalent of 1 GRAM of morphine a day. that just doesn't make sense dude.
 
^ It's called tolerance, I'm prescribed 240mg OxyContin + 40mg Oxy-IR, and 16mg Dilaudid a day. Once you've been in PM for a while you need more and more opiates for equal analgesia, especially if you're a part-time/full-time recreational user too, using your meds other then directed jacks your tolerance up like crazy, trust me...
 
I understand - I'm on 30mg of Opana IR a day for chronic pain and i like to fuck around a little on the side, but that dude said 200 mg of Oxymorphone.

That's intense. I cannot fathom why anyone would be prescribed 200mg of Oxymorphone or how if they were obtaining it illicitly they could afford it or source it. If he's swallowing it, that's equivalent to 200-400mg's of Morphine. It seems like the doctors would bump him up to fantanyl or put him a duragesic patch or something. If this person is using any other ROA besides oral that could be equivalent to up to 2+ GRAMS of morphine per day.
 
^ oxymorphone tolerance builds extremely fast. im a chronic pain patient and my pain gets so bad that my tolerance has taken a beating.

its awful really, i have to take so much that i usually run out early and am in pain + sickness for days. and i can only tell my doctor i need an increase in dosage every so often...

i usually insufflate like 120mg of oxymorphone as well as IV like 30-40mg 3 times per day... putting me at about 200mg oxymorphone every day. and i still hurt.

im actually at the point in the month where i have to severely restrict how much i take in order to last to my next appointment. ive only taken 20mg today. paaaaaiiiiiinn.
