I wanted to get this out there because I have not heard/read too much about this yet. I've looked quite a few places and was just wondering about a safe and proper way to inject Nucynta.

I don't know how safe or smart it would be to choose this ROA since these seem fairly new. But any advice and experiences would be great.

You'd have to micron filter and reduce the dosage to about 1/3 of normal oral dosing.

Think of it like IV tramadol; it's not really the first choice for an opiate.

Yeah...

I have never IV'ed tramadol. Never wanted to. But I have heard a few good things about nucynta IV. But then again people are into different things and I probably wouldn't like it judging by the feeling I would get from it just the oral route. It seemed to be a little odd, like it made me real dizzy and disoriented about 2 hours after taking it.

I've no personal experience with it but it seems that it's pretty rarely used and people I've asked have said it's really not worth it if there's any other opioids available as it's more like tramadol than anything else, make of that what you will.

^Tramadol is a prodrug, ineffective through IV admin. (needs to go to liver first); Nucynta is structured more like O-Desmethyltramadol, weak SRI, strong NRI, strong (affinity) opioid. Personally, Nucynta is a "dirty" drug, in terms of multiple receptor modulation, and in terms of the high, and I wouldn't IV it.

Regular opiates have a cleaner side effect profile and a more quality high, I would just eat the Nucynta.

Yeah. I would never want to try it. Tramadol never really did anything for me but while I was dope sick it kept my withdrawal symptoms at bay. Barely. And I always just had weird experiences with Nucynta. Some people sound like they got off on it but maybe they are more opiate naive. And snorting it burned like hell. About as bad as methadone.

I have been iving tapentadol for a while now with excellent results. Now I have gotten these extended release tablets and do not know how to proceed in making them injectable. Has anyone out there figured this out, and if so could you give me the instruction? Thanks in advance for your help.

DOn't keep bumping these threads, if you're going to get an answer you'll get it in one thread not a million. You're just going to make everyone angry. I know I am.
