Nucynta shakes?

Hi guys I've bee n on nucynta 50-100mg (varying doses) now 50mg 3x for a year. I used to be able to take say 300mg if the pain was bad, now i take 3 of the 50mg mg pills and i feel like im having an anxiety attack and i start getting a hot flash, im going through a stressful time but is there any reason you guys could think of? I think it has some of the same SNRI effects that tramadol has but tramadol never made me shake ill list my meds so any possible answer could be readched :

Klonopin 0.5mg 6x
Percocet 10/325 3-4x
Nucynta 50mg 3x
and I also have 350mg soma which I rarely take, there are a few other meds that i rarely take too but i couldnt find anything on the FSE so any help would be great because. It does help with my cervicogenic headaches when i need it so im lost here thanks guys!

Soma for sure causes shaking.... Does it only happen when you put this in the mix?

It might not be that serious. You do have another muscle relaxer in the mix too. (Klonopin)

The combo in itself may be causing the shakes.
