You can't really snort it, its a drug to be taken orally. No rush from snorting them. Take 200mg orally. That dose feels like about 20mg of oxycodone. I was prescribed it once for 30 days.

DONT snort it, it burns so fucking bad, and it doesnt do anything. i had it prescribed for a few months. first of all, i DO NOT support abusing drugs, but you need to be warned about a few things: DO NOT take over 350mgs, I weigh about 200 lbs and have a generally high tolerance to drugs and when i took 400mgs i had some crazy hallucinations. search nucynta (tapentadol) hallucinations if you're interested
just be careful nucynta is a dual mu agonist/SNRI so if you take too much you're going to have some bad side effects

My Brother in law was prescribed this a month ago for his broken foot. He is opiate naive so he thought it was the shit when he tried it in recreational doses. I can back up those hallucination claims though, because I witnessed him freak out, thinking he was seeing yellow, he also thought he was turning yellow. It also makes him somewhat of a bastard, big mood swings.
