nucynta and tramadol

Can i take 50-100 mg of tram with about 200-300mg of nucynta
I'm also gonna be plugging 15mg morphine
And if needed i have depakote for seizures (prescribed for sleep btw)
Any danger? I herd about Serotonin syndrome but i was thinking since the tram is a low dose id be okay
And i have depakote for seizures just in case.
What do you guys think?

Considered a major interaction because they potentiate the risk of serotonin syndrome, which is a rare but serious and potentially fatal.

100 mg? just doesn't seem worth any risk to me.

I would avoid the tramadol; you're using Morphine - any effect from Tram will only be the SNRI aspect because it A) has to metabolise into o-desmethyl-tram to be worthwhile, and B) it's very weak in comparison. The only exception (to strength) is if you have that small % metabolism where the ODT sticks around all day after quickly being made.

I wasn't getting any relief @ 400mg/day (100mg starter, 50mg every 90min until at max) until past dinner time which was useless.

^And as token says; you don't want SS. Horrible, horrible thing to deal with.. assuming you make it.

Ive been through ss before it was terrible, i mixed mdma and robotussin
But you really think itll be a problem if i only take 50mg?

No one can say for sure really.. I would just say that 50mg isn't going to provide you any real analgesia or euphoria, and thus entirely not worth it.
