My doctor only gives me ten along with my other scripts is there any point to take this medication because I have heard it needs time to build in your system?

Haven't really heard of this one before, but looking it up, the opiate analgesia should kick in instantly, its just the norepinephrine reputake effects that might increase with time.

Eww I remember my doc put me on Nucynta right when it came out like the next day.

Worst med ever. Didn't do anything. Made me really sleepy though that's it.

And yet it's a schedule 2 CDS narcotic. It's BS.
