When I was powerlifting in the 90s guys were using it for pain relief, so you could push harder. It was and still is widely used, especially bodybuilders. But one thing to note, guys were saying that it’s a bitch to get off it. I work in the operating room here at a Level 1 trauma center and almost all the nurses I spoke with have never heard of it. lol

Where does it fall on the scale of like codeine to dilaudid? I guess dude was 'shooting' it under his tongue? ( I suspect that may just mean sublingual but this is honestly a new one to me! )
