Afternoon Bluelighters
I'm curious if anyone out there are accessing equipment by "alternative" means.
Outside of bricks and mortar buildings, and from friends/peers.
Im especially curious if anyone is accessing equipment via mail. If any services are offering to post out equipment, either formally, or informally? Any info would be great as we are looking at developing some initiatives to expand access and the mailman seems like one way to go!
