It was in response to what mr muncherrs or whatever said about how we were all defending drunk driving, but we would feel different if we had lost someone.

I have lost someone, but that doesn't change the fact i don't believe in Blood alcohol tests, because i believe that isn't just.

If people can drive properly on more then 0.08 who are we to stop them. Now im not saying that i believe people should get behind the wheel drunk driving, i do believe Dwi is wrong, i only support road side sobriety tests, and the elimination of ride programs.

People are going to drink and drive anyway, and the laws didn't save my friends life, as that proves. But someone shouldn't go to jail for blowing 0.08 if they are maintain enough cognitive ability to drive safely.
