Tosh does liek to talk about it, and legalizing it, which is awesome. Marley enjoys the spiritual/religious side a little bit more i believe, which has it's place in a more timeless manor.

does your school celebrate April 20th? my school would have the cops surround the field (of like 1000 people smoking up?) and just get high off the fumes. they did nothing about it...once there are enough people involved i think the police lose their balls.funny thing, he doesn't even have classes.

The whole point is that they can't arrest anyone unless they arrest everyone. Discriminatory arrest is illegal, so they'd have to essentially get a really fucking big net, and then find somewhere to put 1000 arrestees, and all for simple cannabis possession. It's just not worth it.
