Benzos Now afraid to stop

Veerryy vivid nightmares, scared the shit out of me, seemed so real. Thank god it was only a 1-1.5 mg habit. I would have went nuts if that shit continued longer/or was a worse habit.
 
Last night I went to bed without any benzo at all. I am great at the moment. I hope that means I made it. I only took the valium for the last 3-4 days and it was xanax for the 2-3 weeks prior to that so I think I'm clear.
