Looks like a analogue of Dimethocaine where the NH2 is replaced by fluorine.

Probably not amazing but possibly a decent stimulant.

Shouldn't be extremely potent, 50mg+ if I had to guess.

Dimethocaine was dreadful. Horrible really. Don't hold out much hope for this one.
