Hi,

My right breast...the nipple is perkier, and there's about a half-pea-sized growth in there. When cold, it is visible that on the side of the tit, within the circle, there's some growth.

FUCK!

I used test gel maybe just 4 times in the last 4 months (never before that), each time within double a prescribed dose. My natural test levels have been checked recently at 550.

Will this growth go away on its own, and after how long? Also, can I buy an anti-estrogen or whatever and will it remove this lump from my tit?

No it will not disappear on its own.
Some people can fix their gyno with drugs, other people will require surgery.
I recommend you get some nolvadex and run it for two weeks or so and then if there's no improvement get some AIs and use it with the nolva. If that doesn't fix it you'll have to go under the knife.
Talking to you doctor would be better though.
 
Had this happen to me a couple of years ago. Really freaked me out too. Letrozole is your best bet here and anecdotally at least, seems to be the best drug to treat this type of gyno. Its a very powerful AI though and will prevent almost any estrogen from being produced by your body. If you are concerned about its side effects then maybe you could try tamoxifen for a couple of weeks first like flyhighk suggested. Not sure if you'll be able to find an endocrinologist who is willing to try AIs for treating steroid induced gyno but you should look into it first if possible.
I used Letrozole for about 2 months which shrank my pea sized lump down to about 80% of its initial size very quickly. I followed that up with a month of tamoxifen tapered into aromasin. I still had at least 10% left when I tapered off the drugs. That 10% went away by itself a month or 2 after that and my estrogen levels stabilized. If I had to do things differently I'd probably run only 1 month of letrozole but everybody responds differently. Who knows if starving those cells of estrogen for long periods of time is required to trigger cell death. You shouldn't have to use more than 2.5mg of letrozole per day and I would start off with a lot less and only bump up the dose if necessary.
I think the chemical route will work for you because of how recent your gyno is but if you don't see any changes after a month on letrozole, you might have to go under the knife. The sooner you try and fix this the better. Good luck!
 
The sooner you catch gyno the better...
The key to effective Letrozole use in lump removal is to use Arimidex after letro cycle to avoid rebound from estrogen inhibition before the axis stabilises.....

More likely than my test use might be my calorie supplement. Could any of these have steroid-like properties?

I think most people are overlooking that this probably wasn't steroid induced.

I'm wondering if an anti-estrogen is worth it, in that case. Wikipedia says most guys get some breast development that goes away during puberty, though I am presently 21...

Should I take some anti-estrogen drug for gyno, even though i'm not on steroids? It seems like it's happening naturally, and I don't want to like STAY on anti-estrogens. And I don't know what the point of a cycle would be if it's natural, seems like it might do more harm than good.
 
Yes gyno happens at puberty but in the early stages. You're definitely not in early puberty. The sudden rise in estradiol levels after the gel use is what caused it imo.

Fucking Test Gel... That stuff is NOTORIOUS for aromitising into estrogen and cuaisng gyno and bloating.

Run Letrozole. I used it to get rid of gyno I had since puberty. I ran 3 weeks worth of Letrozole at 1.5mg. I ended up crashing my estrogen and not being able to get a hardon for a few weeks but that gyno literally shriveled up and vanished.

Now just because you get rid of it with Letrozole doesn't mean it's gone forever. You will have to stay vigilant afterwards and probably use Nolvadex to prevent it from returning. Talk to your doctor about the Test Gel giving you gyno. He will be able to hook you up with a pharmaceutical grade SERM or if you are lucky he might switch you to injectable Test.
