The first was a four level fusion and the resent one was a revision as the first one didn't heal right. I've been suffering through the PM system for about five years. I married my high school sweetheart and we have two boys together. I have lived in the middle, the west and the east coast of the United States. I prefer the west coast. The weather is much nicer. I like long walks on the beach. Oh wait. Wrong website.
