So I don't know if this is the right spot for this or not, so forgive me if it isn't, and also if there already is another thread regarding the same thing.

I'm a big DXM drinker, but I am sort of tired of it. So I have somewhat stopped, and have gain a strong interest in oxycontin. My dealer that I used to get a lot of coke from (stopped that too) said he could get me 30mgs for >snip<. Which is tempting me, so before I buy, I wanna ask you guys some questions that I don't wanna ask the dealer.

Oxycontin is completely snortable, right? Not like oxycodone? Also what's a good dosage for a beginner?

Start at 5mgs and titrate up if you feel comfortable. I would expect 10-20mg to make you feel great if you are opiate naive.

Oxycontin is name brand oxycodone, no difference. Oxycodone can be taken via any roa, snorted, plugged, smoked, or IV'd.

You are wasting it if you snort it. You will get a lot more out of it crushing it and taking it on an empty stomach. If you've never done it before take a quarter of it and you should have a good time or take half at once and probably nod out.

Thanks guys. I actually got them for a lot cheaper than what was said.

I got two 10mgs and snorted the first one all in a couple lines, and didn't feel anything for a half hour, then I broke the other 10mg in half and snorted that, and then a half hour later took the other half. It was a pretty good experience, not like DXM or bud, but reminds me of a less severe form of drunkness.

I'll probably wait a day or so until I get another two 10mg pills.
