Since you are not use to taking tranquilizers such as benzodiazepines, I would be extremely careful when taking this benzo derivitave. If I were you, I woul try taking ~45mg's to start off and see how you feel....but since you allready took 2 pills(60 mg's) and still dont feel anyhting, I would try taking only one more pill. Also....sometimes it takes over an hour and a half for people to start feeling the effects of a medication orally, so don't be too quick to judge how its effecting you....wait atleast 2 hr's before deciding if you need to take more.
but, like i said....since you allready have taken 60 mg's I would take another 30 mg pill, wait an hour, and if you still are not satisfied, take another pill....and go on from there until you are happy with the results....just be very careful as you can easily take too much of this medication and end up with a severely lowered respiration and heart rate.
