Welcome to Bluelight! Believe it or not I have been in Ohio - once very briefly as a high school-er, and I was indeed in Cincinnati Ohio! I got to visit the rock and roll hall of fame, where there's very trippy loops of some people speaking out against rock music, i.e. politicians (and their wives), etc. Very great to get exposed to some of the initial anti-rock sentiments as I've gone way beyond listening to simple rock music now.
I wonder what Nancy Reagan would say about Merzbow's style of noise music.. %)

OOPS OK the Cpt. was wrong, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is in Cleveland, Ohio. I was mistaken. OH WELL. My bad!!!
I also remember when we had to walk to the closest restaurant because the restaurant/cafe in the hall of fame was shut down - we walked quite a ways and I remember passing what must have been a prostitute just standing there (they were barely dressed, it was freezing cold outside, she was probably on heroin which is why she wasn't shivering). I was thinking, oh boy, this is unlike any other field trip I have been on EVER!
