Not so very new to all of this. Hello to all

Usually a shower with soap and a cloth gets the job done fairly well. :ROFLMAO:

What are we gettin clean from? I read in the other post that there is poly use goin on and by admission yer not new to the game.... Just wondering what substance(s) was causing the issues that one would consider losing a habit.
What's yer favoritesinger or group of all time?
Guess mine would be ozzy and black sabbath when all is said and done.

Got it. lol I've been stuck on opioids for a long, long time for any one of 17 surgery's until I finally got hooked on the little bastards. Popping Oxy cuz I could. It didn't start that way however. Now, I'm in relatively moderate pain- from a list of things, but now Ibuprofen would control it. Problem is I get such wicked withdrawals that I have just said *uck it and stayed with the Subs I am prescribed and live my life in a slight manageable haze. So, I'm always on the lookout for something else I could try despite the fear of coming off subs.
Ironically, I sold the extra strips I had in hopes ofgetting out of sight..... Well, thus far, I'm stockpiling again with the help of a friend or two in case I need/want more thatn prescribed. I thatnk god for those who helped with the subs becasue I actually turned to smoking heroin. Smoking it doesn't casue withdrawls but buys me time until more subs or Oxy comes my way. So there you have it.
