sure. If you can sit in a rehab program, while still saying you're not a druggie, you got some serious denial. Maybe they should say "the term 'druggie' isn't what we had previously envisioned", or something. If you're in rehab for drugs, and not a druggie, then what the hell makes you one? Being addicted for a longer amount of time? How long? If your usage is so out of control that you need to have 3rd party help dealing with it, you're a druggie.

Ay not so quick yo...You forget the mommy culture of sendin kids off to da 'Hab without even knowin if they really got a problem. i know a girl that got sent to a 6 week desert survival program becuz she smoked weed everyday and one of her friends got in a fight with her, and to get back at her told her mom that she did acid and mushrooms everyday (How addictive and devastating), when she had never even did neither of them yet. 8(

I know alot of ppl are in denial...But im just sayin...A LOT Of people in rehab aint there becuz their problem is really that bad, but becuz court ordered it, school did, etc. People who use drugs responsibly but get found out, or get pulled over, wrong place wrong time, etc and then part of their mantatory treatment/sentencing, etc is to complete a rehab program. Oh yea tons of em are in there cuz the need it. just sayin, theres plenty of heads in rehab that aint/werent addicted and didnt need third party intervention, just got busted or got overconcerned/controlling parents. Just sayin.

Nah I get what you mean tho, and definitely agree, should've been more specific. I'm not even gonna bother going further on your idea though - the whole BS behind the fact that half of these programs are 12 steppers, which is essentially state mandated religion.
 
Yea, my bad dude, i was lookin at the year of the post not the month. I usualy dont bump old threads but i wasnt this on the front page already? Im confused. Oh well its all good we understood what we were tryina say. :D
