Hi all from the UK. 40. Addict for 10 years due to initial px for fibromyalgia. Desperate right now. Drs stopped all my meds. I’d take anything to get out of it. Mellow. Dihydrocodiene 30mg in ridiculous doses, tramadol they soon stopped, diazepam which does NOTHING. I SWEAR I COULD TAKE 200mg & still stay awake. Currently on pregabalin which also does nothing. I wanna know safest top dose with pregabalin or if it’s not worth it. That’s if I can get past the locked box........this site has helped me so much over the years. So Thank You & RIP to all those lost.

Welcome! I am sorry you are hurting. There are lots of other addicts active around here that will probably help you with your question. I assume you have searched for the information, targeting the Other Drugs forum. If you do not find anything helpful there, consider creating a thread in that forum with your question in the title. Good luck, and I hope you feel better.Thankyou. I just wanna sleep or find a sleep like state. I know I sound weird because I’m on opioids but mostly downers (the drug wheel helped classify the drugs for me most helpful) I think I’ll create a thread as I’ve been on the net & I trust this site.

Sucks hearing that you are in a lot of pain, just know that you are not alone. I think each person on here experiences some type of pain in their every day lives on here.
Would it be possible to try and find a new doctor that might work better for your needs? Like a specialist of sorts?
Not sure if you heard of a drug called Neurontin, but they rx it here like its candy, and it is in the same tree as Lyrica. Maybe discuss to your doctor that you are open to suggestions when it comes down to it.
